LotusFundsis a fee-only professional, we charge a fixed subscription fee on the
advice
we give regardless of the amount you invest.
Please note, we do not make commissions on products from any third-party companies. This ensures
that we are only working for you and not for any other person’s interests.
Is LotusFunds a broker?

No, LotusFunds is not a stockbroker. We are a SEBI Registered Research Analyst
with SEBI Registration No. INH000001238. LotusFunds – Research Analyst does not provide any
execution based/PMS based services.
What are payment options for LotusFunds subscriptions?

You can buy a subscription and pay us through any of the following options:

How does this service work?

You will receive Trading/Investment recommendations on what to Buy, when to buy,
and when to sell. Execute trades with your own stockbroker.
How will I receive the recommendations?

Real-time recommendations will be communicated during market hours through
WhatsApp, e-mails & App notification.
Will there be any additional charges for email and app notifications?

No, email and app notifications are part of our standard service and do not
incur additional charges.
What kind of returns should I expect?

Returns in the stock market are unpredictable and beyond control. Investments
offering high returns usually involve high risk, and please note, there can be no guarantees of
assured returns in the securities market.
Is profit guaranteed in every call?

No, not every call will yield a profit. Since LotusFunds provides momentum-based
stock recommendations, stocks may conclude with either a profit or a loss.
Can I get a refund for the fee?

We do not offer any refunds on a cancellation or otherwise. If you are unhappy
with the services, you may discontinue the renewal of your subscription. We are always available on
chat for feedback and to hear from you.
How do you ensure that my risks are managed?

Our strategy is based on momentum focussing on riding the winners while
curtailing the losses when momentum diminishes. We continuously update the stop-loss on a daily
basis, safeguarding your gains and preventing unnecessary risks to your hard-earned capital.
What are Open calls? And what do I do with them?

Open calls contain the list of past recommendations which have not been closed
yet. Our model is keeping track of its present trends and will ask you to sell them to either book
profit or prevent loss.
If you currently hold Open calls, please maintain your position.
Are there any additional expenses associated with these recommendations?

LotusFunds does not impose any hidden costs on any of its recommendations. To
access them, you just need to become a member.
However, please note that when buying or selling, you will incur brokerage charges as determined by
your broker.
Does LotusFunds offer a Portfolio Management Service (PMS)?

No, LotusFunds doesn’t offer PMS. We provide transparent research and
recommendations via WhatsApp, e-mails & App notification, allowing you to retain control over your
